Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut individu untuk memiliki kesiapan kerja yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sistem berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, kompetensi teknologi, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja digital kader Surabaya Hebat di Kelurahan Sememi. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada konsep literasi digital dari Nikou & De Reuver (2022), kompetensi teknologi dari Praeditia & Sutjipto (2025), serta dukungan organisasi menurut Uludağ (2023) yang menekankan pentingnya dukungan struktural dalam meningkatkan kesiapan tenaga kerja di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner kepada 124 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan kompetensi teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja digital, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja digital kader. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan literasi digital dan kompetensi teknologi menjadi faktor utama dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja digital, dengan implikasi penting bagi strategi pengembangan SDM di tingkat organisasi lokal.
