Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi perkerasan jalan menggunakan metode Surface Distress Index (SDI) dan International Roughness Index (IRI) serta menyusun kebutuhan biaya pemeliharaan pada Ruas Jalan Provinsi Batas Kabupaten Lamongan–Ploso di Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur dengan panjang ruas 12,32 km. Nilai IRI diperoleh melalui survei ketidakrataan permukaan menggunakan Roughometer III yang dipasang pada kendaraan survei, dengan pembagian segmen setiap 100 m dan perekaman data dalam berkas .RGD untuk diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Roughometer III. Data SDI diperoleh dari survei visual yang mencakup persentase luas retak, lebar retak, jumlah lubang, dan kedalaman alur roda pada tiap segmen. Hasil analisis SDI–IRI digunakan untuk menentukan rekomendasi penanganan, yaitu pemeliharaan rutin pada kondisi baik sekitar 1,8 km, pemeliharaan rutin pada kondisi sedang sekitar 8,52 km, pemeliharaan berkala sekitar 1,00 km, dan rekonstruksi sekitar 1,00 km. Total kebutuhan biaya penanganan diperkirakan sebesar Rp 14.356.981.536. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV) pada tingkat diskonto 6% dan periode analisis 10 tahun menghasilkan NPV positif sekitar Rp 3.618.636.761, sehingga rencana pemeliharaan dinyatakan layak secara ekonomi.
