Abstract

Proyek konstruksi jembatan memiliki tingkat risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) akibat kompleksitas pekerjaan dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko K3 pada proyek Pergantian Jembatan Esang I Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai likelihood dan severity yang selanjutnya dipetakan ke dalam matriks risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pengendalian, tingkat risiko didominasi oleh kategori risiko rendah sebesar 50%, risiko sedang sebesar 10%, risiko tinggi sebesar 30%, dan risiko ekstrem sebesar 10%. Setelah dilakukan pengendalian risiko berdasarkan hierarki pengendalian, terjadi penurunan tingkat risiko yang signifikan dengan dominasi kategori risiko rendah sebesar 80%, risiko sedang sebesar 10%, dan risiko tinggi sebesar 10%, serta tidak ditemukan lagi risiko kategori ekstrem. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode HIRARC efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat risiko K3 pada proyek konstruksi jembatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam penerapan manajemen K3 pada proyek konstruksi sejenis.
