Abstract

Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Kolam Retensi Gerilya di Kota Samarinda menghadapi berbagai potensi risiko yang dapat memengaruhi waktu, biaya, dan mutu pekerjaan. Kondisi lapangan yang kompleks, kondisi tanah yang dipengaruhi air permukaan, serta aktivitas konstruksi yang berdekatan dengan permukiman menuntut adanya identifikasi dan pengelolaan risiko yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko-risiko utama yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan proyek serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi yang tepat untuk mendukung kelancaran pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan standar manajemen risiko AS/NZS 4360 dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi proyek. Jenis data yang dianalisis terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Risiko yang teridentifikasi kemudian diolah menggunakan matriks risiko AS/NZS 4360 untuk menghitung nilai Risk Rating berdasarkan kombinasi likelihood dan consequence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 risiko utama, terdiri atas aspek teknis, waktu, biaya, mutu, K3, sosial, administrasi, dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan matriks AS/NZS 4360, enam risiko berada pada kategori tinggi (R1–R6) dan empat risiko berada pada kategori sedang (R7–R10), tanpa ditemukannya risiko kategori ekstrem. Strategi mitigasi difokuskan pada pendekatan avoid, reduce, transfer, dan accept, dengan prioritas pada peningkatan perencanaan metode kerja (termasuk dewatering), pengendalian mutu material, penerapan K3, komunikasi sosial, dan pengelolaan lingkungan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian risiko pada pelaksanaan proyek Kolam Retensi Gerilya Kota Samarinda.
