Abstract

Pantai Ngliyep merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang berada di Kabupaten Malang, memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan wisata unggulan. Namun, kondisi eksisting menunjukkan masih adanya keterbatasan dalam fasilitas, tata ruang, serta kenyamanan wisatawan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kebutuhan akan sebuah redesain kawasan wisata yang mengedepankan fungsi, estetika, dan juga memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan kawasan wisata terpadu yang mampu memberikan pengalaman menyeluruh bagi pengunjung yang menggabungkan wisata rekreasi, budaya, wisata alam dan wisata adrenalin. Pendekatan Arsitektur Biofilik dipilih karena menekankan keterhubungan antara manusia dengan alam, melalui penerapan elemen alami, pencahayaan dan penghawaan alami, material ramah lingkungan, serta desain ruang terbuka yang harmonis dengan lanskap pesisir pantai. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, analisis potensi dan permasalahan, serta pengolahan konsep desain dan pendekatan prinsip biofilik. Hasil perancangan menampilkan kawasan wisata yang lebih terintegrasi, adaptif, serta berkelanjutan, dengan penekanan pada kenyamanan pengguna dan pelestarian lingkungan pantai. Diharapkan desain ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Malang, meningkatkan daya tarik Pantai Ngliyep, sekaligus mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.
