Abstract
Pengelolaan waktu dan biaya merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Keterlambatan pekerjaan dapat menimbulkan peningkatan biaya, penurunan produktivitas, serta gangguan pada tahapan pekerjaan berikutnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan metode perencanaan dan pengendalian yang mampu mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan. Critical Path Method (CPM) merupakan salah satu metode penjadwalan yang efektif untuk menentukan jalur kritis dan durasi minimum penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan CPM dalam percepatan proyek Pembangunan Masjid Ash Shabirin Kota Samarinda. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyusunan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), penentuan durasi aktivitas, dan perhitungan early start–finish serta late start– finish menggunakan teknik forward dan backward pass. Network diagram berbasis Activity on Node (AON) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas pada jalur kritis. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis crashing untuk menentukan alternatif percepatan berdasarkan durasi crash, biaya tambahan, dan nilai cost slope. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CPM berhasil mengidentifikasi jalur kritis proyek dengan total float = 0 pada seluruh aktivitas utama. Analisis crashing dapat mempercepat durasi proyek dari 284 hari menjadi 264 hari pada Tahap 1, dan hingga 256 hari pada Tahap 2. Penilaian kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa percepatan Tahap 1 sangat layak secara finansial dengan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 2,0, sedangkan Tahap 2 berada pada kondisi impas namun tetap bermanfaat dalam mengurangi risiko biaya overhead. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan CPM terbukti efektif sebagai alat pengendalian waktu dan biaya, membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan masjid.
