Abstract

Struktur gedung bertingkat dengan denah non-simetris, seperti bentuk L, atau U-Shape, biasanya memiliki kerentanan lebih terhadap beban lateral gempa akibat ketidakseimbangan antara pusat massa dan pusat kekakuan, yang dapat memicu efek torsi dan simpangan berlebih. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja struktur adalah dengan menerapkan sistem struktur ganda berupa penambahan dinding geser (corewall) dengan penempatan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi penempatan corewall terhadap kekuatan dan perilaku struktur gedung perkantoran 10 lantai berbentuk U. Analisis dilakukan pada empat model struktur, yaitu Struktur Tanpa Corewall dan tiga variasi penempatan corewall (CW1, CW2, CW3), dengan menggunakan software ETABS. Metode analisis yang diterapkan meliputi analisis dinamis respon spektrum dan analisis pushover mngeacu peraturan SNI 1726:2019, serta ATC-40 untuk menilai kinerja strukturnya. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menjelaskan dan membandingkan nilai simpangan antar tingkat (drift) yang terjadi arah X dan Y pada struktur SRPMK dan sistem ganda (CW1, CW2, CW3). Didapatkan bahwa model Struktur CW1 dengan penempatan corewall di kedua sayap dalam pada bangunan memiliki nilai drift maksimum terkecil di arah X yaitu sebesar 41,62 mm. Sedangkan drift maksimum terkecil di arah Y didapatkan pada model Struktur CW2 dengan nilai drift sebesar 25,36 mm. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa model struktur CW2 menjadi alternatif desain penempatan corewall paling efektif dibanding model struktur lainnya. Temuan ini sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dinding geser (corewall) atau sistem ganda mampu secara signifikan mengurangi nilai drift dibandingkan sistem struktur SRPMK (Tanpa Corewall)
