Abstract

Perhitungan persediaan bahan baku pentol frozen di UD Pratama Sukses dengan menggunakan metode probabilistik Model P Back Order, diperoleh bahwa penerapan metode ini mampu membantu perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan. Metode probabilistik memberikan pertimbangan yang lebih akurat dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan, interval waktu pemesanan, serta meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kekurangan persediaan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku daging sapi mencapai titik optimal dengan pemesanan setiap 3 hari sekali sebanyak 278,24 kg dan biaya total Rp 9.705.474 dengan tingkat pelayanan 75%. Bahan baku daging ayam juga optimal dengan interval pemesanan 3 hari sekali sebanyak 109,05 kg dan biaya total Rp 1.481.784 serta tingkat pelayanan 80%. Untuk tepung sagu, hasil optimal dicapai dengan pemesanan setiap 6 hari sekali sebanyak 152,58 kg dengan biaya total Rp 946.617 dan tingkat pelayanan 76%. Sedangkan tepung tapioka optimal dengan pemesanan setiap 6 hari sekali sebanyak 76,02 kg, biaya total Rp 200.186 dan tingkat pelayanan 81%. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan metode probabilistik Model P Back Order terbukti mampu menghasilkan sistem persediaan yang efisien, terukur, dan mendukung kelancaran proses produksi pentol frozen di UD Pratama Sukses.
