Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sistem persediaan suku cadang truk pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Surabaya dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketersediaan operasional armada pengangkut sampah. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi klasifikasi suku cadang untuk mengelompokkan suku cadang berdasarkan nilai kerusakan tahunan, serta perhitungan MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) dan MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) untuk menilai tingkat keandalan armada. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 73% nilai konsumsi tahunan terkonsentrasi pada suku cadang Kelas A—seperti oli mesin, ban dalam, dan aki—yang termasuk kategori fast-moving parts. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat keandalan armada, dengan nilai MTBF tertinggi mencapai 1440 jam dan terendah 360 jam. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penelitian merekomendasikan penerapan strategi pengendalian persediaan yang disesuaikan dengan kelas suku cadang untuk mengurangi downtime dan memastikan kelancaran operasi pengangkutan.
