Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kota Surabaya yang dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fluktuasi pengangguran terbuka di Kota Surabaya yang tidak sejalan dengan kenaikan alokasi Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) yang diterima pemerintah daerah setiap tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda berdasarkan data time series tahun 2010-2024 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Keuangan, dan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran terbuka di Kota Surabaya, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran terbuka di Kota Surabaya. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya pemerintah daerah mengoptimalkan penggunaan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) untuk lebih berorientasi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja agar pengangguran menurun.
