Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Duta Teknik Mandiri (perusahaan fabrikasi logam) di Gresik, di mana pekerja menghadapi beban kerja fisik tinggi (pemindahan material berat secara manual) dan beban kerja mental berat (target produksi ketat). Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis tingkat beban kerja fisik dan mental serta pengaruhnya terhadap kelelahan kerja dan keluhan muskuloskeletal para pekerja. Pengukuran beban kerja fisik dilakukan dengan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL) (menggunakan data denyut jantung pre/post kerja), beban kerja mental dengan NASA-TLX, tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan kuesioner Subjective Self Rating Test (SRRT) 30-item, dan keluhan muskuloskeletal dengan kuesioner Nordic body map (NBM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan besarnya beban kerja fisik berada di kisaran sedang-agak berat (persentase CVL ≈58–60% pada operator terberat) dan beban kerja mental sangat tinggi (skor NASA-TLX rata-rata ≈82 poin). Tingkat kelelahan kerja pekerja setelah bekerja tergolong tinggi, dengan rata-rata skor SRRT ≈81 poin; tujuh dari sebelas pekerja mengalami kelelahan berat (skor ≥81). Keluhan muskuloskeletal berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata skor NBM ≈34,45 poin (simpangan baku 4,71), meskipun terdapat dua pekerja dengan skor tinggi yaitu 41 dan 42 poin. Keseluruhan temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingginya beban kerja – khususnya beban mental – berkorelasi dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja yang tinggi dan peningkatan keluhan otot. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan perbaikan ergonomi seperti rotasi tugas, work-rest cycle, dan penggunaan alat bantu (misalnya mat anti- fatigue, sarung tangan anti-slip, alat pemutar/bantuan angkat) untuk mengurangi beban fisik dan risiko cedera, serta penyusunan SOP dan pelatihan agar beban mental dapat dikendalikan. Semua hal di atas diharapkan dapat meminimalkan kelelahan dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.
