Abstract
UD. YURIKE merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi rak serbaguna dan rak piring dengan sistem make to stock. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidaksesuaian antara produksi dan permintaan yang menyebabkan kelebihan produk jadi dan meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan kebutuhan bahan baku guna meminimalkan biaya persediaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi peramalan permintaan, penyusunan jadwal induk produksi (JIP), serta perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku menggunakan material requirementp planning (MRP) berdasarkan bill of materials (BOM). Peramalan permintaan dilakukan menggunakan software Minitab dan POM-QM untuk periode September 2025 hingga Januari 2026 selama 5 bulan (24 minggu) dengan metode moving average dan single exponential smoothing. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa metode single exponential smoothing memberikan hasil terbaik dengan parameter α = 0,1 untuk rak serbaguna dan α = 0,3 untuk rak piring. Hasil peramalan digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan JIP dan perhitungan kebutuhan bahan baku melalui MRP. Berdasarkan perbandingan dengan kondisi aktual perusahaan, penerapan metode usulan terbukti lebih efisien dan mampu menekan biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp 71.502.120 selama periode pengamatan, sehingga pemborosan modal kerja akibat kelebihan produk jadi dapat dikurangi secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: Peramalan, Perencanaan Produksi, Perencanaan Agregat, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Safety Stock, Pengendalian Persediaan.
