Abstract

Perumahan Tambak Rejo Indah, Waru, Sidoarjo, mengalami genangan air dengan ketinggian sekitar ±15 cm berdasarkan wawancara warga, yang disebabkan oleh kapasitas saluran drainase eksisting yang tidak mampu menampung debit limpasan saat hujan intensitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kapasitas saluran eksisting, menghitung debit rencana kala ulang 10 tahun, serta merancang ulang saluran agar mampu mengalirkan debit secara optimal. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan menggunakan metode Log Pearson III, Poligon Thiessen, perhitungan waktu konsentrasi, intensitas hujan, dan debit rencana, sedangkan analisis hidrolika digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas penampang. Simulasi HEC-RAS diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi saluran yang tidak memenuhi kapasitas dan memvalidasi desain ulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar saluran tersier tidak mampu menampung debit rencana, terutama pada segmen: Tersier 1 (2–3), Tersier 2 (4–5), Tersier 4 (9–10), Tersier 5 (12–13), Tersier 6 (16–17 hingga 26–27), serta Saluran Tersier Jalan Raya Nilam Barat (28–31). Saluran sekunder masih memenuhi kapasitas aliran. Redesain dilakukan dengan pendekatan trial and error hingga kapasitas hidrolis melampaui debit rencana. Simulasi pasca redesain menunjukkan seluruh saluran telah mampu menampung debit tanpa overtopping. Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pekerjaan peningkatan saluran mencapai Rp 20.816.305.156,92, mencakup konstruksi box culvert dan pekerjaan struktur berdasarkan AHSP 2025 Cipta Karya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain drainase yang lebih efektif dalam mengurangi risiko genangan ±15 cm, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan perbaikan infrastruktur drainase di Perumahan Tambak Rejo Indah, Waru, Sidoarjo.
