Abstract

Daerah Irigasi (DI) Wilangan Kabupaten Ponorogo sering mengalami ketidakseimbangan antara ketersediaan air irigasi dan kebutuhan air tanaman, terutama pada musim kemarau, sehingga pola tanam yang diterapkan belum optimal dan berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi pemanfaatan air serta keuntungan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air irigasi, menentukan alternatif pola tanam yang sesuai dengan ketersediaan air, serta mengoptimalkan luas lahan dan keuntungan produksi pertanian menggunakan metode program linier. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data hidrologi, klimatologi, irigasi, luas lahan, dan data ekonomi pertanian di DI Wilangan. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung kebutuhan air irigasi tanaman padi dan palawija (jagung), menyusun beberapa alternatif pola tanam, serta melakukan optimasi menggunakan program linier dengan fungsi tujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan dan kendala berupa ketersediaan debit andalan serta luas baku lahan. Proses optimasi diselesaikan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan fasilitas Solver. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari empat alternatif yang dianalisis, Pola Tata Tanam (PTT) IV merupakan alternatif paling efisien dengan kebutuhan air terendah sebesar 6,537 liter/detik/hektar. Pola ini menghasilkan keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp 32.758.188.233,79 pada luas lahan 1.242 hektar, lebih tinggi dibandingkan kondisi eksisting sebesar Rp 31.646.268.048,49. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa optimasi pola tanam berbasis program linier mampu meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dan keuntungan produksi pertanian.
