Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam perencanaan pondasi tiang adalah ketidakpastian kondisi tanah serta variasi kedalaman pemancangan yang dapat memengaruhi kapasitas daya dukung dan besarnya penurunan struktur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedalaman pondasi terhadap daya dukung tiang dan penurunan yang terjadi, guna menentukan kedalaman yang paling aman dan efisien dalam mendukung beban struktur. Penelitian menggunakan data uji Standard Penetration Test (SPT) serta parameter tanah hasil investigasi lapangan. Perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung dilakukan dengan metode statis berdasarkan komponen daya dukung ujung (Qb) dan gesekan selimut (Qs). Sementara itu, analisis penurunan dilakukan dengan pendekatan penurunan elastis dan konsolidasi. Perhitungan dilakukan pada beberapa variasi kedalaman tiang untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan kedalaman terhadap performa pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya kedalaman pondasi memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai daya dukung total, terutama pada lapisan tanah yang lebih padat atau keras. Kedalaman yang lebih besar juga memberikan nilai penurunan yang lebih kecil dan berada dalam batas toleransi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemilihan kedalaman pondasi yang tepat sangat berpengaruh terhadap keamanan, kestabilan, dan kinerja struktural. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi kedalaman pondasi memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kapasitas dan penurunan tiang. Pemilihan kedalaman harus mempertimbangkan kondisi stratigrafi tanah agar pondasi memenuhi kriteria keamanan dan kinerjanya optimal.
