Abstract

Culinary messages on Instagram social media are very important, because they can increase exposure, because culinary has a character thet also gives the impression of taste from each culinary origin. Like meatballs in malang and meatballs in Surabya are very different in taste, this has the aim of attracting tourists & making culinary places in the city and outside the city, with the existence of communication tools (technology) that are increasingly effective in conveying messages, wich are conceptualized in the from of content, this article aims to analyze the content of comments from the many contents of @inginkurus only one of the selected culinary content, namely in the comments column of the content “JELLYFISH CATFISH, BABAT RAWIS JUMBO LE!” This article research uses the Stuart Reception Analysis method by Hall which is divided into three codes including Dominant Postion,Negotiating Postion, Opposition Postion which can analyze the meaning of what messages can be taken, by the audience, especially in the comments of the content, by identifiying the comments of the audience where, each perception of the Instagram account is different from the perception of other accounts by identifiying three codes from Stuart Hall.
