Abstract

Surabaya masih menghadapi masalah banjir perkotaan yang disebabkan oleh kombinasi kapasitas saluran yang terbatas, alih fungsi lahan, dan pengaruh pasang surut di bagian hilir. Untuk menangani masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model Digital Elevation Model (DEM) topo-batimetri yang akurat, khususnya untuk segmen Belokan Sungai Wonokromo yang terpengaruh fenomena sedimentasi dan erosi. Dengan menggunakan data fotogrametri UAV yang diikat dengan Ground Control Points (GCP) serta data batimetri dari echosounder single-beam, penelitian ini menghasilkan model DEM yang mengintegrasikan data topografi dari daratan hingga dasar sungai. Akurasi model DEM yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan metode Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai RMSE horizontal sebesar 0.04233 meter dan RMSE vertikal sebesar 0.04406 meter, yang memenuhi standar ketelitian untuk peta dasar skala 1:1000. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membandingkan dua metode interpolasi, yaitu TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network) dan IDW (Inverse Distance Weighting). Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa metode TIN menghasilkan model yang lebih akurat, dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 0.261773. Visualisasi topobatimetri yang dihasilkan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam elevasi, terutama di area belokan sungai yang terpengaruh oleh sedimentasi dan erosi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan model DEM yang lebih tepat untuk analisis kapasitas aliran dan mitigasi risiko banjir. Selain itu, model ini juga dapat menjadi referensi penting untuk perencanaan pengelolaan sungai dan mitigasi bencana di kawasan Surabaya.
