Abstract

Indonesia berada pada zona pertemuan tiga lempeng tektonik utama yang menyebabkan bangunan sangat rentan terhadap gempa. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja seismik dan biaya gedung beton bertulang bertingkat tinggi menggunakan tiga sistem struktur, yaitu Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus SRPMK sebagai fixed base, Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB), dan Friction Pendulum System (FPS). Perencanaan mengacu pada standar nasional dan pedoman sistem isolasi. Analisis dilakukan melalui pushover serta evaluasi biaya menggunakan pemodelan Autodesk Revit.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem isolasi dasar mampu mengurangi gaya geser dasar hampir lima puluh persen dibandingkan sistem fixed base. Penggunaan LRB dan FPS juga menurunkan simpangan antar lantai secara signifikan, dengan reduksi maksimum mencapai tujuh puluh satu persen pada LRB dan tujuh puluh lima persen pada FPS untuk arah X, serta enam puluh tiga sampai enam puluh empat persen pada arah Y. Meskipun demikian, struktur berisolasi mengalami peningkatan perpindahan total yang sangat besar, mencapai tiga ribu dua ratus tujuh puluh sembilan persen untuk LRB dan dua ribu seratus tiga persen untuk FPS akibat fleksibilitas isolator pada lantai dasar.Berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja FEMA 356 dan FEMA 440, kedua sistem isolasi menunjukkan konsistensi pada level Life Safety, sedangkan sistem fixed base berada pada rentang Immediate Occupancy hingga Life Safety. Dari aspek biaya, sistem fixed base menjadi opsi paling ekonomis dengan total biaya sekitar Rp 12,41 miliar. Struktur dengan LRB memerlukan biaya sekitar Rp 12,86 miliar, sedangkan FPS merupakan yang tertinggi dengan biaya sekitar Rp 13,03 miliar.
