Abstract
This study aims to collect data research from the respondents and analized to prove the effect of non-physical waste production from the lean six sigma concept on project time management through lean construction in the Pusri 3B Project. The research method used was to determine the factors causing project delays from a literature study adjusted to field observations, then categorise them according to non physical waste production from lean six sigma. Next, the researcher created a questionnaire using the Likert scale method to be distributed to respondents. The data obtained from the respondents answers was then statistically processed using SmartPLS ver 4 software with the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results of the study show that defect and overproduction waste had a significant effect on the implementation of lean construction but did not have a significant effect on time management. This means that in the Pusri 3B project, there were defects and overproduction waste, but because lean construction was implemented quite well, it did not become a cause of potential delays in the completion of work. It was that inventory waste significantly affects lean construction and time management, meaning that in the Pusri 3B project, there was inventory waste that caused potential delays in the completion of work; thus, it was that the non-physical waste production variable significantly affects time management through the lean construction implementation.
