Abstract

Beton merupakan material konstruksi yang paling banyak digunakan,sehingga peningkatan kebutuhannya berpotensi menyebabkan eksploitasi agregat kasar. Pemanfaatan limbah beton menjadi alternatif material berkelanjutan elalui penggunaan kembali material sisa yang masih memiliki potensi struktural. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh substitusi limbah beton K350 sebagai pengganti agregat kasar terhadap sifat fisik beton, meliputi nilai slump, berat isi, penyerapan air, serta implikasinya terhadap kualitas beton. Limbah Beton yang digunakan berasal dari benda uji ready mix PT merak jaya beton yang setiap bulannya menghasilkan 11 m³ limbah benda uji. Hasil pengujian slump menunjukkan nilai 13,86 cm dan 14,10 cm yang sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI 03-2834-2000, sehingga tingkat kelecakan beton dikategorikan memenuhi standar. Pengujian berat isi menunjukkan bahwa substitusi agregat kasar 100% menyebabkan penurunan berat isi, baik pada kondisi basah maupun kering, meskipun nilainya tetap berada dalam rentang beton normal menurut SNI 03-2847-2002. Penurunan ini dipengaruhi oleh sifat agregat limbah beton yang memiliki densitas lebih rendah dan porositas lebih tinggi. Selain itu, nilai penyerapan air meningkat seiring bertambahnya persentase substitusi, dengan penyerapan tertinggi sebesar 6,76% pada substitusi 100. Pada kuat tekan beton menunjukkan penurunan pada substitusi agregat kasar 100%, yang dipengaruhi oleh densitas agregat limbah beton yang lebih rendah serta porositas yang lebih tinggi. Nilai rata-rata kuat tekan yang diperoleh yaitu 16,53 MPa untuk substitusi 100% dan 16,65 MPa untuk beton normal, sehingga semakin tinggi persentase substitusi limbah beton, semakin rendah kuat tekan yang dihasilkan.
