Abstract

CV. Lantai Mas merupakan perusahaan manufaktur di Bojonegoro yang memproduksi berbagai jenis beton, termasuk genteng beton. Perusahaan menerapkan sistem kerja borongan dengan jam kerja setengah hari, sehingga sering kali target produksi tidak tercapai. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan adanya pekerja yang izin atau absen karena sakit, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan beban kerja fisik dan mental di bagian produksi genteng. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai beban kerja fisik menggunakan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL) beban kerja mental menggunakan NASA-TLX. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pekerja 3 pada stasiun mencetak genteng 1 memiliki beban kerja fisik tertinggi dengan nilai %CVL 70,53% dengan keterangan diperbolehkan kerja dalam waktu kerja singkat. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, nilai %CVL tersebut turun menjadi 59,25%. Pada beban kerja mental, pekerja 4 pada stasiun pencetakan genteng 2 memiliki skor NASA-TLX tertinggi sebesar 80,33, yang kemudian menurun menjadi 72,33 setelah dilakukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan usulan perbaikan yang disarankan, perusahaan diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan penggunakan alat pelindung diri seperti sarung tangan, apron, dan sepatu boots, dan menempatkan pekerja sesuai dengan usia mereka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam mengatur pembagian tugas dan memperbaiki kondisi kerja di masa mendatang.
