Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan komitmen organisasi dan subjective wellbeing dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen Universitas Negeri Manado. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling berdasarkan tabel Krejcie, menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebesar 260 dosen. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Adapun alat ukur yang dalam penelitian ini Skala organizational citizenship behavior, Skala komitmen organisasi dan Skala subjective wellbeing. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi dan subjective wellbeing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior artinya hipotesis diterima. Semakin kuat komitmen organisasi dan subjective wellbeing, semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior yang dimiliki oleh dosen Universitas Negeri Manado.
