Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict dan psychological well being ibu bekerja yang menjalani long distance marriage. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek sebanyak 124 partisipan ibu bekerja usia 25-45 tahun memiliki anak yang menjalani long distance marriage. Pengambilan data pada penelitian dilakukan melalui kuesioner google form dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Menggunakan metode analisis Spearman’s rho. Hasil analisis Spearman’s rho menunjukkan work family conflict berkorelasi secara negatif dengan variabel psychological well being. Maka hipotesa yang menyebutkan bahwa ada korelasi yang negatif dan signifikan antara variabel work family conflict dengan psychological well being diterima.
