Abstract
This research aims to investigate the influence of strategic agility, environmental innovation and digital capability to improve organizational performance through innovation capability and competitive advantage. This study focuses on BUMK in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan as an object for testing the research model. The method used is an empirical study method with a quantitative approach which is intended to explain the cause and effect relationship of several variables studied. The technique used is proportional sampling with the help of the SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) program application which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The research results show that 1) Strategic agility has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability. 2) Environmental Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Innovation Capability. 3) Digital capability has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability. 4) Innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. 5) Innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. 6) Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that BUMK develop a business model by building a partnership network, improving digital capabilities, and improving good financial management.
