Abstract
This study aims to analyze the total Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of the road reservation maintenance project in Kanasan, District Capital (IKK) of Gunung Tabur, Berau Regency, over a 12-year period. The main focus is to determine the total LCC as well as the contribution of each cost component, namely the Initial Cost and Maintenance Cost. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with systematic analysis of construction and maintenance cost data. The results show that the total LCC of the project is IDR 22,811,802,000, consisting of an Initial Cost of IDR 19,528,342,000 and a Maintenance Cost of IDR 3,283,460,000, after adjusting for an annual inflation rate of 3.1%. The Initial Cost contributes 85.6% to the total LCC, while the Maintenance Cost contributes 14.4%. These findings highlight the importance of considering maintenance costs in long-term infrastructure budgeting, even though their proportion is relatively smaller than the initial construction costs.
