Abstract

Gas SF6 (Sulfur Hexafluoride) merupakan media isolasi dan pemadam busur api yang umum digunakan dalam GIS (Gas Insulated Substation), terutama pada peralatan Pemutus Tenaga (PMT). Kualitas gas SF6 dapat dipengaruhi moisture content dan dew point, yang dapat menurunkan kemampuan isolasi dan menyebabkan kegagalan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai moisture content dan dew point gas SF6 pada lima PMT di GIS 150 kV Krembangan selama periode 2021-2023, serta menentukan apakah parameter tersebut masih memenuhi standar internasional CIGRE 234 dan IEEE 1125. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengambilan data hasil uji menggunakan alat SF₆ Analyzer, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan nilai standarisasi untuk evaluasi kualitas gas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pengujian dan perhitungan moisture content dan dew point Gas SF6 pada PMT GIS 150 kV Krembangan masih memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari nilai hasil pengujian moisture content tidak melebihi batas standar pabrik maksimum sebesar 500 ppmv dan tidak melebihi standarisasi internasional perhitungan CIGRE. Hasil pengujian dew point masih memenuhi standar pabrik sebesar -20°C sampai -30°C dan tidak melebihi standar CIGRE setelah dilakukan perhitungan, yaitu sebesar -5°C.
