Abstract

Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang memiliki banyak pulau dan dikenal sebagai negara maritim dikarenakan dikelilingi oleh perairan, untuk menyatukan pulau-pulau di Indonesia dibutuhkan alat transportasi salah satunya kapal laut, untuk saat ini kapal laut menjadi salah satu alat transportasi yang banyak di pilih masyarakat, Salah satu perusahaan pelayaran tersebut adalah Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia atau PELNI (Persero).Dengan adanya kapal laut sebagai salah satu alat transportasi yang banyak di pilih masyarakat tentu dari segi pelayanan merupakan hal yang perlu di perhatikan untuk menjamin kepuasan pengguna jasa transportasi kapal laut, mulai dari masuk pelabuhan hingga menaiki kapal. Dari permasalahan di atas untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan evaluasi kualitas layanan kapal laut untuk mengevaluasi kinerja serta memverifikasi bahwa setiap pelayanan memenuhi standar kinerja yang telah ditetapkan, yang mana dari penilian tersebut dapat diketahui kapal mana yang memiliki pelayanan kurang baik untuk segera mendapat perbaikan. Pada aplikasi yang akan dibangun ini berisikan kuesioner kepuasan layanan kapal laut yang nanti data yang terkumpul akan di olah mengunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW).
