Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quality of work life (QWL) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 8 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 108 karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala quality of work life berdasarkan teori Walton dan skala organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan teori Organ et al. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rho dengan SPSS 25.0 for windows menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara quality of work life dan organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 0,515 pada taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Artinya, semakin tinggi quality of work life yang dirasakan karyawan, maka semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior yang ditunjukkan.
