Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan Altruisme dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Resilience pada guru PAUD di wilayah Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 108 partisipan dengan kriteria usia 23-35 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa kuesioner dengan memanfaatkan Google Form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa altruisme memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan resilience, dengan nilai t sebesar 12.617 dan nilai signifikansi (p = 0.000). Pada pengujian hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan resilience, dengan nilai t sebesar 25.265 dan nilai signifikansi (p = 0.000). Pengujian hipotesis ketiga yaitu altruisme dan dukungan sosial secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan resilience.
