Abstract
The delay issues in the construction of a mosque dome project undertaken by UD Maju Jaya Kubah were primarily caused by a surge in market demand and the complexity of the required design. Initially, the company relied on bar chart scheduling methods; however, this approach proved insufficient in illustrating the interdependencies between project activities and failed to identify the critical path effectively. To address this challenge, the study introduces an alternative scheduling strategy by implementing the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) alongside the Critical Path Method (CPM). This combined approach is intended to enhance the overall efficiency of project scheduling by estimating the project’s completion duration, identifying the most crucial activity sequence, and evaluating the likelihood of meeting the project deadline. Based on the analysis, the CPM method successfully identified the critical path, which consists of the activity sequence A–B–C–D–K–M–N–O–P. Meanwhile, the PERT method projected a 50% probability of completing the project within 69 days, with an 80% probability of completion if the timeline is extended to 70 days.Kata Kunci: Penjadwalan Proyek, Kubah Masjid, CPM, PERT
