Abstract
Desa Sumberkepuh berada di wilayah Kecamatan Tanjunganom, Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan total luas 763 hektar. Sekitar 78% dari total luas tersebut merupakan lahan sawah, menjadikan desa ini sebagai sentra produksi padi terbesar di kecamatan tersebut. Petani di desa ini masih mengalami kesulitan dalam meningkatkan keuntungan hasil pertaniannya.Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keuntungan petani menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada faktor People, mayoritas petani berada pada kelompok usia lanjut. Faktor Planet menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan jenis pupuk, kondisi pH tanah, dan mutu bibit memberikan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap hasil panen.Tiga skenario peningkatan keuntungan petani disusun menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis dengan bantuan software STELLA. Skenario pertama melibatkan penggunaan benih unggul serta pola tanam menggunakan bibit muda, yang menghasilkan peningkatan rata-rata keuntungan dari Rp 27.487.047.641 menjadi Rp 31.983.065.202 atau sebesar 16%. Skenario kedua menyarankan penggunaan pupuk semi organik sebagai pengganti pupuk kimia, yang menurunkan biaya operasional sebesar 5% dari Rp 46.648.480.921 menjadi Rp 44.269.247.250 dan meningkatkan rata-rata keuntungan menjadi Rp 39.072.970.965 atau sebesar 42%. Skenario ketiga merupakan gabungan dari dua skenario sebelumnya, yang memberikan peningkatan keuntungan hingga Rp 40.568.583.572 atau sebesar 48% dan efisiensi biaya operasional sebesar 6%, dari Rp 46.648.480.921 menjadi Rp 44.133.485.746.Skenario gabungan dipilih sebagai solusi terbaik karena memberikan dampak paling signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani. Implementasi skenario ini juga membuka peluang bagi keterlibatan generasi muda dalam sektor pertanian serta menjaga keberlanjutan ketahanan pangan di Desa Sumberkepuh dalam jangka panjang.
