Abstract

Green construction merupakan strategi pengelolaan kegiatan konstruksi yang mengedepankan efisiensi sumber daya dan ramah lingkungan untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan green construction di Kota Surabaya serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah AHP Fuzzy dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada berbagai penyedia jasa konstruksi seperti Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Manager, Pelaksana, Drafter, dan Direktur Perusahaan di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling berpengaruh dalam mendukung konstruksi ramah lingkungan adalah pengelolaan dan pengawasan tenaga kerja (X1.3) dengan bobot 0,656. Faktor penting lainnya adalah dukungan pemerintah dalam pengambilan keputusan (X2.2) dengan bobot 0,421, penggunaan bahan alternatif (X3.2) sebesar 0,618, dan peningkatan pengetahuan teknologi digital (X4.1) sebesar 0,542. Sementara itu, dari faktor utama green construction, pengelolaan lahan (Y1) menempati urutan tertinggi dengan bobot 0,199, diikuti oleh pemakaian material ramah lingkungan (Y3) sebesar 0,192, dan sistem penanganan sampah (Y4) sebesar 0,185. Faktor kesadaran menerapkan green construction (Y7) mendapatkan bobot terendah, yaitu 0,000, menunjukkan masih rendahnya perhatian terhadap aspek ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen tenaga kerja dan dukungan kebijakan dalam mendukung penerapan green construction secara efektif di Kota Surabaya.
