Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja dan waktu kerja guna mengoptimalkan proses produksi. CV. XYZ merupakan sebuah usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi kecap. Perusahaan ini menghadapi kendala dalam memenuhi permintaan akibat keterbatasan tenaga kerja, proses produksi manual, serta beban kerja yang tinggi dan ketidakseimbang pembagian. Mengukur tingkat beban kerja fisik dengan Metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL) dan konsumsi energi ditemukan kelalahan pada proses perebusan, proses pengisian dan proses pengemasan, sedangkan pengukuran waktu standart dengan metode Work Sampling menghasilkan waktu sebesar 112,42 detik untuk setiap botol. Selanjutnya, pengoptimalan jumlah tenaga kerja menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis (WLA) menghasilkan data jumlah pekerja dalam proses pelabelan yang semula 9 pekerja, berkurang menjadi 4 pekerja. Data jumlah pekerja dalam proses pengemasan yang semula 3 pekerja, bertambah menjadi 8 pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan memerlukan penambahan tenaga kerja atau penambahan waktu kerja. Dengan rekomendasi tersebut, produktivitas perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan dan mendukung pasokan produksi yang berkelanjutan.
