Abstract
Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi kehidupan dan aktivitas ekonomi, sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan yang tepat untuk menjamin ketersediaan dan kualitasnya. Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPAM) Ngagel di Surabaya mengolah air baku dari Sungai Surabaya melalui proses koagulasi menggunakan Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) dan desinfeksi dengan klorin. Pencatatan harian volume produksi (dalam m³), penggunaan PAC dan klorin (dalam kg dan mg/L), serta limbah proses (10% dari produksi) pada instalasi Ngagel I, II, dan III digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bahan baku pada akhir tahun 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi volume bahan baku yang dibutuhkan pada setiap tahap pengolahan di IPAM Ngagel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata produksi air bersih sebesar 4.480,03 L/detik. Dosis PAC berkisar antara 25,28–114,55 mg/L, dan klorin antara 0,96–5,72 mg/L. Kebutuhan PAC berkisar antara 11.709,02 hingga 53.861,47 kg, sedangkan klorin antara 468,36 hingga 2.810,16 kg. Stok pengaman dan titik pemesanan ulang di Ngagel I untuk PAC adalah 18.480 kg dan klorin 686 kg. di Ngagel II PAC 7.840 kg, klorin 288 kg, di Ngagel III PAC 19.012,5 kg, klorin 840 kg. Berdasarkan kebutuhan PAC untuk periode 3 hari dan klorin untuk periode 7 hari, Ngagel I kebutuhan PAC sebesar 47.000 hingga 60.000 Kg dan Klorin sebesar 3.000 hingga 3.750 Kg. Ngagel II kebutuhan PAC sebesar 21.500 hingga 25.500 Kg dan Klorin sebesar 1.400 hingga 1.600 Kg. Ngagel III kebutuhan PAC sebesar 40.000 hingga 60.000 Kg dan Klorin sebesar 3.900 hingga 5.400 Kg.
