Abstract

Manajemen konstruksi yang berhasil dapat dilihat dari pencapaian dalam mengelola proyek konstruksi yang selesai tepat waktu sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Pada proyek penelitian ini tidak menghitung produktivitas pekerja tidak ada target setiap item pekerjaan, hanya target akhir proyek dan pada proyek ini belum memiliki perhitungan terkait produktivitas tenaga kerja, yang mengakibatkan dampak pada pencapaian target pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai produktivitas dari tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek pembangunan gedung kantor dan rumah PT. Horizon Konstruksi Indonesia yang terletak di Jl. Komering, Darmo, Kec. Wonokromo, Surabaya. Pada penelitian ini memakai metode work sampling, work Sampling adalah teknik observasi yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa harus memantau setiap aspek atau kelompok kerja secara terus menerus. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan productivity rating, dalam productivity rating data diambil setiap menit dan aktivitas dibedakan ke dalam 3 kategori yaitu effectife work, essential contributory work, dan ineffective work. Setelah dilakukan observasi lapangan, data akan diolah menggunakan metode labour utilization rate (LUR) dan penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan menggunakan data aktual lapangan dengan metode koefisien AHSP 2024. Diperoleh hasil akhir labor Utilization Rate (LUR) pekerjaan struktur beton pada lantai 2 di proyek PT. Horizon Konstruksi Indonesia tergolong efektif karena besaran nilai diatas 50% dan diperoleh hasil perbandingan produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan dengan acuan koefisien AHSP 2024 adalah, pada pekerjaan penulangan nilai perbandingan produktivitas tenaga kerja penulangan balok 0,25 kg/OH, penulangan pelat 0,83 kg/OH, dan penulangan kolom 0,39 kg/OH. Pada pekerjaan bekisting balok 2,88 m2/OH, bekisting pelat 3,26 m2/OH, dan bekisting kolom 3,31 m2/OH. Pada pekerjaan pengecoran balok 2,11 m3/OH, pengecoran pelat 2,85 m3/OH, dan pengecoran kolom 0,55 m3/OH.
