Abstract

In recent years, the culinary industry, especially coffee shops, has experienced very significant growth. This can be seen from the many coffee shops that have sprung up in various corners of the city of Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the effect of Store Atmosphere, Location and Service Quality on the Decision to Visit Warkop Sedulur Tunggal Kopi, Nginden Semolo Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with sampling using the Non-Probability sampling technique through the Purposive Sampling technique which must meet the predetermined criteria, namely being 17-50 years old and visiting Warkop Sedulur Tunggal Kopi, Nginden Semolo Branch 2 times. The data processing technique used in this study is SPSS. Data was collected through GoogleForm with 100 respondents covering the variables Store Atmosphere, Location, Service Quality and Visiting Decision. The results of this study indicate that the Store Atmosphere variable partially does not affect the Decision to Visit Warkop Sedulur Tunggal Kopi, Nginden Semolo Branch. While the Location variable partially does not affect the Decision to Visit Warkop Sedulur Tunggal Kopi, Nginden Semolo Branch. Meanwhile, the variable of Service Quality influences the Decision to Visit Warkop Sedulur Tunggal Kopi, Nginden Semolo Branch. The results of this study are expected to provide contributions for business owners and for further researchers to develop other variables.
