Abstract

Perkerasan jalan merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam infrastruktur transportasi yang berfungsi menopang beban lalu lintas. Namun perkerasan jalan akan terus mengalami degradasi akibat berbagai faktor, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan berupa penambahan lapis tebal (overlay) untuk memperkuat strukturnya. Penelitian dilakukan di Ruas Jalan Gandusari – Kampak (Sta 0+000 – Sta 17+000) Kab. Trenggalek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tebal lapis tambah overlay menggunakan metode Bina Marga T-05-2005 B dan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasana Jalan 2017. Metode perhitungan tebal lapis tambah overlay perkerasan lentur pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Bina Marga T-05-2005 B dan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasana Jalan 2017. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan metode Bina Marga T-05-2005 B diperoleh nilai CESA sebesar 2.347.475,00 ESA dan dwakil sebesar 1.183 mm serta menghasilkan tebal lapis tambah overlay sebesar 8 cm dimana AC-WC sebesar 8 cm. berdasarkan metode Metode Manual Desain Perkerasana Jalan 2017 diperoleh nilai CESA4 sebesar 4.281.450,00 ESA dan CESA5 sebesar 6.950.077,00 ESA. Hasil tebal lapis tambah yang didapatkan berdasarkan lendutan maksimum D0 0,419 mm menghasilkan tebal lapis tambah sebesar 6 cm. Jika ditinjau berdasarkan lengkung lendutan D200 0,248 mm menghasilakan tebal lapis tambah sebesar 10 cm. Dari MDPJ 2017 diambil hasil tebal tambah overlay sebesar 10 cm, hasil yang didapat adalah berdasarkan analisis lalu lintas dan pencegahan retak lelah sebelum umur rencana yang direncanakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan kedua metode, perbandingan dari segi biaya berdasarkan uraian pekerjaan untuk tebal lapis tambah overlay menggunakan Metode Pd T-05-2005 B sebesar Rp. 28.509.000.000,00 dan sedangkan menggeunakan metode MDPJ 2017 overlay tipis sebesar Rp. 21.018.000.000,00. Sedangkan overlay tebal sebesar Rp 35.081.000.000,00
