Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara yang rawan terjadi gempa bumi baik yang ringan maupun besar, yang disebabkan oleh lokasi negara Indonesia yang terletak pada pertemuan empat lempeng tektonik utama. Gedung rumah sakit Anwar Medika didesain menggunakan SNI 1726:2012 dan akan ditinjau simpangan serta tulangan strukturnya menggunakan SNI 1726:2019 kemudian ditinjau tingkat kinerja strukturnya dengan analisis pushover dan metode Displacement Coefficient Method yang mengacu pada FEMA 440. Data bangunan yang digunakan adalah shop drawing dari gedung rumah sakit Anwar Medika dengan spesifikasi tertentu seperti luas bangunan, mutu beton, dan mutu baja. Proses analisis mencakup kontrol simpangan, tulangan, pembuatan Load Case Pushover Analysis, pendefinisian sendi plastis, analisis statik pushover, penentuan level kinerja, dan evaluasi hasil. Asumsi-asumsi dalam permodelan termasuk penggunaan kolom dan balok sebagai Frame, pelat lantai sebagai Shell-Thin, dan dinding geser sebagai Shell-Thick. Hasil analisis memberikan informasi tentang kurva kapasitas, skema distribusi sendi plastis, dan performance point untuk menilai kinerja struktur terhadap beban lateral seperti gempa. Dari hasil analisa beban dorong didapatkan hasil level kinerja struktur gedung termasuk kategori IO (Immediate Occupancy) pada kedua sumbu dengan nilai total drift sebesar 160,428 mm pada sumbu X dan nilai total drift sebesar 170,539 mm pada sumbu Y. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja Struktur, Kontrol Simpangan, Kurva Kapasitas, Performance Point, Pushover.
