Abstract

Pasar Keputran menjadi salah satu pasar induk yang terletak ditengah kota dengan luas area pasar sebesar 2550 m2 menjadikan pasar keputran memiliki permasalahn yang kompleks terutama lahan parkir. Pasar Keputran Surabaya terletak di lokasi yang padat lalu lintas dan pasar Keputran Surabaya terletak di antara 2 persimpangan jalan, antara Jalan Sulawesi, Jalan Dinoyo, dan Jalan Pandegiling. Area Parkir yang tersedia di pasar Keputran Surabaya adalah 408 m2. Kapasitas tersebut sudah tidak memadai, sehingga pengunjung tidak bisa parkir di tempat yang seharusnya, Banyak motor dan mobil yang memilih untuk parkir on street. Banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir on street menyebabkan menyempitnya kapasitas jalan yang tersedia sehingga sering menyebabkan kemacetan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang sudah dilaksanakan, mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut, Volume parkir pada hari puncak mencapai 343 kendaraan dengan rincian 281 untuk sepeda motor dan 62 untuk mobil. Sedangkan hanya tersedia 160 SRP, hal tersebut berarti ruang parkir yang ada saat ini sudah tidak mampu lagi menjadi tempat parkir untuk menampung jumlah kendaraan. Durasi parkir rata-rata sepeda motor 196 menit per hari, dan durasi parkir rata-rata mobil 218 menit per hari. Tingkat turn over sepeda motor dalam satu hari mencapai 2,10 kali, kemudian pada mobil dalam satu hari mencapai 2,38 kali. Sedangkan peramalan pertumbuhan parkir kendaraan yang akan terjadi dalam 5 tahun mendatang di setiap tahunnya terjadi peningkatan, di mana untuk sepeda motor adalah 10,64 %, dan mobil adalah 7,13 %. SRP Tahun 2021 untuk sepeda motor adalah147 SRP dan mobil adalah 36 SRP. SRP Tahun 2022 untuk sepeda motor adalah 177 SRP dan mobil adalah 40 SRP. SRP Tahun 2023 untuk sepeda motor adalah 210 SRP dan mobil adalah 45 SRP. SRP Tahun 2024 untuk sepeda motor adalah 247 SRP dan mobil adalah 50 SRP. SRP Tahun 2025 untuk sepeda motor adalah 28 SRP dan mobil adalah 56 SRP. SRP Tahun 2026 untuk sepeda motor adalah 332 SRP dan mobil adalah 61 SRP.
