Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak soft skill, efikasi diri, dan partisipasi dalam organisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2021 di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 75 responden, yang terdiri dari mahasiswa aktif program studi manajemen angkatan 2021 di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diuji terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa soft skill, efikasi diri, dan keaktifan dalam berorganisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Uji T mengindikasikan bahwa setiap variabel independen memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan, sementara uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa 84% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor yang diteliti, sementara 16% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang penting bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mereka agar lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja pada masa mendatang.
