Abstract
This study aims to prove and analyze the Influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Atmosphere Store on Consumer Satisfaction at Arunda Coffee and Society in Sidoarjo. This study took a sample of 99 respondents. In its implementation, this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. Instrument quality testing includes validity and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, classical assumption test, simultaneous test (F), and partial test (t). The results of the tests carried out can be found that all questionnaire statements are declared valid and reliable. Then in the classical assumption test, the data was distributed normally, there was no multicollinearity and heterokedasticity. In the multiple regression analysis test, the equation Y = 1.536 + 0.194 (X1) + 0.163 (X2) + 0.523 (X3) was obtained. In the partial test (t), it can be seen that product quality (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with the t-value calculated > t table (3,180 > 1,661). Service quality (X2) had a significant effect on the satisfaction of the service (Y) with the value of t calculated > t table (2.843 > 1.661). Atmosphere store had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a t-value calculated > t table (5,970 > 1,661).The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Arunda Coffee and Society in Sidoarjo. It can be seen that the value of the adjusted R Square is 0.741 (74.1%) which means that the influence of product quality, service quality, and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Arunda Coffee and Society in Sidoarjo is very large. While the remaining 0.259 (25.9%) were influenced by other variables. Then, the value of F is greater than the F table (94.690 > 2.70) with a significance of 0.000 which means that the variables of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Arunda Coffee and Society in Sidoarjo.
