Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 70 karyawan dimasukkan sebagai sampel. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, untuk variabel budaya organisasi, dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
