Abstract

CV. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc, established on February 28, 2007, specializes in developing and producing mineral water filling machines to meet the industrial technology needs of the food and beverage sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of Self Awareness, Work-Life Balance, and Self Efficacy on Employee Engagement at CV. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 54 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing carried out through the Partial Test (t-Test), Simultaneous Test (F-Test), and Coefficient of Determination (R²). Additional analyses included Validity, Reliability, and Classical Assumption Tests, such as Normality, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity Tests. The results show that Self Awareness significantly influences Employee Engagement, as indicated by a t count of 2.081 > t table of 2.008 and a significance value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work-Life Balance also has a significant positive effect, with a t count of 3.234 > t table of 2.008 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. Furthermore, Self Efficacy significantly impacts Employee Engagement, with a t count of 2.892 > t table of 2.008 and a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing reveals that all three variables significantly affect Employee Engagement, with an F-Test result of 15.530 > F table of 2,79 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R² value of 48,2% indicates that these variables explain the majority of variations in Employee Engagement. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering Self Awareness, supporting Work-Life Balance, and enhancing Self Efficacy to improve Employee Engagement and organizational effectiveness at CV. Beurally Zabmatic Sanloc Surabaya.
