Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kerangka konseptual dengan menguji dan menganalisis, serta merujuk pada penelitian terdahulu. Model kerangka konseptual ini diujikan pada PT. Surya Madistrindo Area Operation Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2024-Desember 2024. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Leader Member Exchange. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal sebab-akibat. Analisis data dilakukan melalui path analysis dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa team work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work discipline, work discipline berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, serta team work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Bahwa hasil uji yang berpengaruh signifikan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan, variabel dengan pengaruh paling besar sebaiknya dipertahankan, sementara variabel dengan pengaruh yang lebih kecil dapat ditingkatkan lagi.
