Abstract

Banking is a competitive business, so it requires qualified and capable employees. The research aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on the performance of banking employees in Sorong City with Individual Citizenship Behavior (ICB) as an intervening variable. The data was analyzed and tested through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using SmartPLS software. The direct effect results show that the motivation variable has a positive effect, but does not have a significant effect on Individual Citizenship Behavior, and has a positive effect, but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee Individual Citizenship Behavior, and has a positive effect, but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect, and has a significant effect on employee Individual Citizenship Behavior and has a significant effect on employee performance. Individual Citizenship Behavior (ICB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect show that the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance which is moderated by the individual variable Citizenship Behavior (ICB) of the employee. The emotional intelligence variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance which is moderated by the individual variable Citizenship Behavior (ICB) of the employee. The organizational culture variable does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance which is moderated by the individual variable Citizenship Behavior (ICB) of banking employees in Sorong City.
