Abstract

Tujuan asal penelitian ini ialah buat menguji serta menganalisis dampak dari tiga variabel bebas: kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada toserba galery Sidoarjo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Toserba Galery Sidoarjo dengan total sampel berjumlah 100 orang yang ditetapkan sesuai purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan survey Skala Likert 1 sampai 5 sedangkan data sekunder memakai studi Pustaka. Data primer dikelola menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil olah data memberikan, bahwa kuesioner yang digunakan reliabel serta valid. Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 62,3%, merupakan tiga variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel kepuasan konsumen Toserba Galery Sidoarjo sebanyak 62,3%, sedangkan sisanya 37,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil uji F sejumlah 52,813 pada taraf sig 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga regresi dapat digunakan. Dari hasil koefisien regresi dan Uji t melihatkan bahwa kualitas produk berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadao kepuasan konsumen dan persepsi harga berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
