Abstract

CV. Bima Mandiri Sejati is a company operating in the food and beverages sector which has several production divisions within it. However, there are still many transaction processes and stock items in warehouses that are still done manually. One process whose implementation still uses manual methods is the process of Stocking Goods in the Warehouse. There is no specific application for inventory of goods so that all activities for receiving and releasing goods are still used manually and there is no minimum inventory for each existing item and there is no concept of good inventory control but it still uses references to what goods the owner wants to buy and what quantity of goods purchased. From this problem, the solution to overcome this problem is to create an inventory application that can determine the safe point of inventory and can carry out inventory control by applying the Min Max method. The results of this research through trials using 41 test cases with Black Box Testing show that the application can carry out operational warehouse transactions for receipts and expenditures. carry out inventory control by determining the safe point of inventory and the optimal number of orders for goods.
