Abstract

Dinas koperasi, Perindustrian dan perdagangan (Diskoperindag) Kabupaten Gresik, sebagai lembaga daerah mempunyai kedudukan sebagai unsur pelaksana tugas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota dan masyarakat, pengembangan industri kecil dan menengah untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja serta menambah pendapatan daerah, serta mengelola perdagangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja, Etos Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas koperasi, Perindustrian dan perdagangan (Diskoperindag) Kabupaten Gresik. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif Data yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner Metode penelitian dibantu dengan program software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa komunikasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan komunikası kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
