Abstract

PT Rafa Anugerah Sentosa is a company engaged in logistics service(containers) PT Rafa Anugerah Sentosa was established in Surabaya in 2023 in2021 to 2022 it was run by individuals with no legal entity, in the year consumerincreased, so 2023 established PT Rafa Anugerag Sentosa in Surabaya. This study examines customer satisfaction, price perceptions, and fleefacilities on customer satisfaction at PT Rafa Anugerah Sentosa in Surabaya. Thistudy uses descriptive quantitative methods, data collection is done byquestionnaire method which contains statements about the variables studied. Thsampling technique used in this study was total sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis was carried out with multiple regesiliner assisted bySPSS version 25. In this study, the resulting f test obtained a significance value of 0.000<0.05 so that it can be said that the independent variables of service quality, pricperceptions, and fleet facilities have a significant effect simultaneously on thedependent variable of customer satisfaction. While the data generated by the test shows that Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfactionwith a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Price perception has a significant effect oncustomer satisfaction with a significance of 0.004 <0.05. Fleet facilities have asignificant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance of 0.008 < 0,05.
