Abstract
Rizky Animal Feed Store in Surabaya, located at Jalan Jetis Wetan Surabaya, is a retail store that provides various types of food and other needs for pets and livestock. This shop engaged in the trade business of selling animal feed products. The number of peoplw eho keep animals will increase other competitors. This study aims to test and analyse the effect of service quality, price perception, and product variety on customer satisfaction at Rizky Animal Feed Store in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. Colllecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and f test while the classical assumption tests used include Data Normality Test, Multicolinerity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test. The results of the classical assumption test also show that this study has fulfilled, including regression free from multicollinearity and no heteroscedasticity. This study tests the hypothesis using SPSS version 25. The results in this study are: (1) service quality, price perception, and product variety have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) produk variety has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Rizky Animal Feed Shop In Surabaya. In this study, it can be concluded that improving service quality, price perceptions, and product variety can increase customer satisfaction.
